Who? All descendants, graftees, well-wishers, dignitaries and invitees

When? 6 & 7 September 2024

Where? Thanjavur

What? Proposed Events as follows,

09:00 Assemble at St.Peter's church foreground

09:30 visit to Evangelical Hall

10:30 visit Lutheran Church

11:30 visit Cemetery

13:00 Lunch

16:30 Periya Koil

18:00 assemble in Parish Hall

18:30 Opening Speech and Key Note address - Noah Sastriar

19:30 Music and songs - Clement Sastriar and team

21:00 Dinner

Mark dates and set aside - immediate
Register (as per Form provided) - by end of August 2024
Pay (Rs. 2000/- per person for adults, Rs. 1000/- for children below 12, 0 for those below 5 years of age), goes with Registration, by end May 2024.
This amount is primarily towards food and some basic expenses.
(Generous contributions are sought towards cost of cultural events, participation by dignitaries and other invitees, donation towards maintenance of Evangelical Hall, digitization of Sastriar's works etc. This contribution can be made by anybody - whether participating or not)
Arrive, by evening of 5 September 2024 ( air via Trichy, Train or car at own cost and by own arrangements) Please google for Air and Train schedules
Stay at a Hotel of your choice (google and book for 3 nights 5th,6th and 7th September) , book by end May 2024
Bring your family root chart, mobile phones along with the headphones (IMPORTANT).
Pray and participate as per event schedule8. Depart on 7th night or 8th or later as per convenience.
